INFORMATION

Reconditioned 1.6/1.8 Cylinder Head – MEMS3 120ps 1.6 / 1.8 (type with 2 coil packs fitted on top of head and has plastic inlet manifold), suits late MEMS3 MGFs / MG TF 1.6 / MGF & MG TF Steptronic / late  Rovers / Freelanders /  1.6 & 1.8 K Series Engines.  This MGF 1.8 cylinder head comes with valves and standard cams, all complete and ready to bolt on. Reconditioning Process –  All heads are stripped down then cleaned, decoked, skimmed and pressure tested. All seats refaced / valves lapped or replaced if bent.  Valve guides checked and replaced where necessary.  New cam oil seals are also fitted.  All Heads selected for reconditioning are quiet, reasonably low mileage examples with no liner indentation and sufficient surface to skim.
